Surprise auto-renewals
A software plan or service contract rolls over for another year because the cancellation window closed months ago.
Contract monitoring for small businesses
ClauseWatch reads your vendor and client contracts, then warns you before an auto-renewal locks you in, a price increase kicks in, or two agreements quietly contradict each other.
The problem
A software plan or service contract rolls over for another year because the cancellation window closed months ago.
A small clause lets the vendor raise fees every year. Nobody notices until the invoice arrives.
Your master agreement says one thing, a later order form says another. When there's a dispute, that gap costs you.
How it works
Drag in PDFs, Word files, or scans. Bulk upload works fine, too.
ClauseWatch finds terms, renewal dates, notice periods, pricing, and payment conditions.
Deadlines go on your calendar. Risky or conflicting clauses are highlighted with the exact source text.
Reminders arrive well before each deadline, so you can cancel, renegotiate, or renew on purpose.
Features
Every renewal, notice deadline, and price change in one timeline. Sync it with Google or Outlook.
Ask "which contracts have a termination-for-convenience clause?" and get answers across every agreement.
Spots clauses that disagree across related contracts, like payment terms or liability caps.
Timely reminders at 90, 60, and 30 days, sent to the people who own each contract.
A short, readable summary of each contract: what you pay, what you owe, and how to get out.
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to the people you invite.

ClauseWatch is very good at finding dates, notice periods, pricing terms, and renewal language, and it always shows the exact source text next to each finding so you can check it in seconds. Like any AI tool, it can miss or misread things, especially in poor-quality scans, so we recommend a quick review of anything important.
